Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (dried fruit and food items), we cannot accept returns for reasons of change of mind or personal taste preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email] with:

Your order number.
Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Exchanges & Refunds: If a refund is approved due to damage, we will process it back to your original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Once the dehydration process has started for your specific batch, we can no longer offer a cancellation..

Due to the nature of our products (handmade, food-grade dried citrus), we do not accept returns.

However, we take quality seriously and pack every order carefully to ensure your slices arrive intact and beautiful.

If your order arrives damaged:

We ask that you open your package on camera — a short unboxing video is the only accepted proof for damage claims. This protects both you and us.

If damage is confirmed via video, we will remake and reship your order within one week at no charge.

Please note: we are responsible for our packaging and product quality — we cannot be held responsible for delays or rough handling by USPS once the package leaves our hands.
